Our grant application process is intentionally thorough. It serves two key purposes:

1. 1. To make funding accessible to groups and causes working to improve life in Bermuda.
   2. To build a rich database of nonprofit and civic activity that can attract further philanthropic investment.

We recognise that the first application can be demanding, but subsequent applications will build on that foundational work.

To ensure a smooth process, we encourage applicants to prepare the following information in advance:

• • Nonprofit or company registration numbers

  • An overview of organisational or programme goals, activities, and intended outcomes

  • Programme strategy or business plan

  • Financial information: operating budget and project-specific budget (where applicable)

  • List of Board members, staff, and key volunteers, including credentials

  • Governance details: board roles, meeting frequency, and committees

Budget Submissions

• For general operating support, submit your current operating budget

• For project-specific funding, submit both the operating and project budgets
