Out-of-Cycle Submissions

The Bermuda Foundation prioritises donor relations and fund development and is not able to offer general nonprofit consultation meetings.

If your organisation has a new programme or initiative you would like to bring to our attention outside of the annual grant cycle (which closes in May), you may submit an inquiry through our New Programme Introduction form.

This process is intended for new ideas only. If you have previously submitted this programme through an LOI or application, you do not need to re-submit. We retain past submissions and may revisit them when relevant funding opportunities arise.

Please note:

  • There is no dedicated funding allocated to this process
  • Submission does not guarantee funding or a response timeline
  • We do not accept LOIs for general operating support through this route

Where there is a strong alignment with a fundholder’s priorities or the Foundation’s discretionary goals, organisations may be invited to submit a full application.

Our grantmaking is informed by our Vital Signs® research and an outcomes-based approach, ensuring funding is directed where it can have the greatest impact.
